Visit the medieval garden of Uzès

In the context of an ancient medieval city, what could be more natural than finding a… medieval garden too? At the foot of the King's tower, sheltered by the high stone walls erected in the 12th century, today there is a lovely green space that evokes the days of old. Created in 1995, it accommodates 450 varieties of plants, selected for their properties, medicinal, useful, dyeing or even food. And if you sometimes come across a plant that we used to classify among the so-called "weeds", it is necessarily because we hitherto ignored its remarkable properties!
